Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cresta Fabrics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

No Cash Refunds We do not offer cash refunds or reversals to any original payment method. All sales are final in terms of monetary refunds.

Exchange Policy If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it. To initiate an exchange, contact us at crestafabrics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned to: Shop # UG-3, Cloth Tower, Kacha Jail Road Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Delivery Charges All return shipping and delivery charges are to be borne by the customer. Cresta Fabrics will not cover any courier or shipping costs for returned items.

Store Credit / Product Exchange If an exact exchange is not available, customers may select any other available product of equal or lesser value as a replacement. No cash equivalent will be issued.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at crestafabrics@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for exchange: jewelry, bags, custom or personalized products, beauty/personal care products, sale items, and gift cards.
